Shipping Policy

This shipping policy explains how we pack, ship, and deliver every order across India, with your privacy protected at each step. If you have general questions first, our FAQ page may answer them faster.

Privacy & Discretion

Your privacy is our priority. So we ship every order in plain, sealed packaging, with no brand name, product name, or any indication of the contents on the outside. That way, your purchase stays between you and us.

Shipping Regions

This shipping policy keeps fees transparent, with nothing hidden until checkout.

• We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. So we confirm delivery availability to specific pin codes at checkout.
• We ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

We calculate shipping charges at checkout, based on the weight, volume, and delivery location of your order.

Dispatch & Processing Time

• We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. So you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. These figures are approximate, based on your location and the courier partner’s schedule. So they are not guaranteed timelines.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes and order values. So we will confirm COD availability at checkout.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

This shipping policy also covers what to do if your package arrives damaged.

• If your order arrives with damaged, broken, or tampered packaging, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, refuse the package and contact us immediately at care@intimatetribe.com, with your order details and photographs where possible. We will then arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
• If you notice damage only after accepting delivery, write to us within 24 hours of receipt, with photos. We will then investigate and resolve it promptly.

Partial Shipments

In rare cases, part of your order may be unavailable for immediate dispatch. So we may ship your items in multiple consignments instead. We will notify you in advance, and adjust any applicable shipping charges accordingly.

Delays & Force Majeure

• We always try to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, remote delivery locations, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, public health situations, or other unforeseen events outside our control.
• If your shipment is significantly delayed, or appears lost, please contact us at care@intimatetribe.com. We will then investigate with our courier partner, and work toward a resolution, including a reshipment or refund where applicable.

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

• If a delivery fails, due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may return the order to us.
• In such cases, re-shipment charges will apply. So we must confirm them before we reattempt delivery. If you choose not to reship, and request a cancellation instead, we will issue a refund after deducting the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.
• To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Order Cancellations

• You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement, provided we have not yet dispatched them. So to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at care@intimatetribe.com, with your order number.
• Once we dispatch an order, we cannot cancel it. So please refer to our Cancellations & Refunds policy for post-delivery options.
