Privacy & Discretion
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, sealed packaging with no brand name, product name, or any indication of the contents on the outside. Your purchase is between you and us.
Shipping Regions
- We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery availability to specific pin codes is confirmed at checkout.
- We ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery location of your order.
Dispatch & Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. These are approximations based on your location and the courier partner’s schedule, and are not guaranteed timelines.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes and order values. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging
- If your order arrives with damaged, broken, or tampered packaging, please do not accept the delivery. Kindly refuse the package and contact us immediately at care@intimatetribe.com with your order details and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
- If damage is noticed only after accepting delivery, write to us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will investigate and resolve promptly.
Partial Shipments
In rare cases where part of your order is unavailable for immediate dispatch, we may ship your items in multiple consignments. You will be notified in advance, and any applicable shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Delays & Force Majeure
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, remote delivery locations, natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, public health situations, or other unforeseen events outside our control.
- If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at care@intimatetribe.com and we will investigate with our courier partner and work toward a resolution, including a reshipment or refund where applicable.
Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us by the courier.
- In such cases, re-shipment charges will apply and must be confirmed before we reattempt delivery. If you choose not to reship and request a cancellation instead, a refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.
- To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at care@intimatetribe.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-delivery options.
