Shipping Fees & Estimate

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on weight, volume, and location.
• We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain cart value.
• Estimated delivery timelines are to be 3–7 business days. These are approximations and not guaranteed.
  

Dispatch & Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number or link to monitor your shipment.
  

Delays & Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, customs, remote delivery addresses, natural disasters, act of god, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
• In rare cases where a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate and attempt resolution (refund or reshipment).
  

Partial Shipments

We may ship your items in multiple consignments if part of your order is unavailable immediately. Shipping charges (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

• If the courier fails to deliver due to wrong address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, etc. the order may be returned to us.
• In such cases, you may bear the cost of re-shipment. If you request cancellation after failed delivery, refund less return & restocking cost.
