Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us via email or chat.
- Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount (excluding any payment gateway charges, if non-refundable).
Refund Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, with photos of the issue (outer packaging, seal, product).
- Our team will review and approve the return.
- Once approved, you must ship the product back to us (unused, sealed, in original condition).
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
Refund Method & Timeframe
- Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during purchase (e.g. credit card, net banking, UPI).
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of replacement, we will ship the new item at no extra cost to you (if stock is available). Shipping charges may apply.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate products (e.g. personal lubricants, massagers) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products whose seals are broken, or which show visible signs of use, are non-eligible for return.
- Gift vouchers, downloadable content, and accessories under certain promotional offers are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
In some cases (e.g. partial damage, missing accessories), we may agree to a partial refund. This will be at our discretion.
Order Modifications
If you wish to change your shipping address or product variant, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed/packed, we may be able to accommodate the change.
